COMMON QUESTIONS 

How long is the show?

75 minutes total. No intermission.

Is the show OUTSIDE?

Yes! Dress for the weather :)

Will the show be cancelled due to weather?

Nope! Now that we are at Mill City Museum, the performance will be moved indoors! 

Is this show appropriate for children?

Our opening weekend was enjoyed by audiences of all ages! The show is geared towards adults, however there is no profanity or violence. 

Is there live music?

Sadly, no, due to COVID-19 restrictions. We hope to engage our amazing musicians again soon!

What is the updated safety plan due to COVID-19?

By state mandate, masks are no longer required indoors or out and occupancy limits have been lifted. HOWEVER -  we are still limiting ticket sales for the comfort of our guests and to provide the best viewing experience. 

Seating is socially distanced per party. You do not need to bring your own chair, they are provided. 

Is it reserved seating?

Yes. Seating is socially distanced per party, and chairs are provided. If you would like to sit with another party, please email admin@collidetheatrical.org.

Are there bathrooms available?

Yes. The museums are closed to the public, however, bathrooms are available.  

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes. If you need special accommodations please email us at admin@collidetheatrical.org and we will take care of you!

What do I do if I haven't received my tickets via email?

First, check your spam folder. If they are not there, email admin@collidetheatrical.org for assistance.

Can I cancel my tickets or transfer them to a different performance?

Requests to cancel or transfer tickets to another show must be made by 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance. If shows are sold out, there is no guarantee tickets can be transferred.
