Looking for dance studio rentals in the Twin Cities? Need rental space for an upcoming event? Collide Theatrical has two beautiful studios available for rent at our studio in St. Paul's Midway neighborhood, located in the same building as Can Can Wonderland.

Studio 1 (pictured above) - 1200 square feet of Sprung Floor, Full Wall-Length Mirrors, Rosco Adagio Marley Dance Floor, High Ceilings, Sky Lights, 3 Chandeliers.
Studio 2 (pictured below) - 450 square feet of Sprung Wood Floor, Wall Mirrors.

Both studios have the following amenities:

Free and accessible parking and access to public transportation line

Gender-specific bathrooms (non–gender specific bathroom available in the adjacent building)

Rental Rates:

STUDIO 1 (LARGE)
Nonprofit groups of 1–10: $25/hour for rehearsals
Other rental inquiries (larger groups, for-profit, classes, workshops, auditions, life events, photo sessions, filming, etc.) are subject to our EVENT RATE, starting at $30/hour. (Please contact us for more information.)

STUDIO 2 (SMALL)
Individual artists: $18/hour
Nonprofit organizations: $22/hour for rehearsals
Other rental inquiries: starting at $25/hour

Street shoes on dance floors are strictly forbidden.
Dance sneakers (not worn outdoors) are fine in the small studio only.
New rental requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your requested time. Payment for rental bookings must be made 48 hours prior to your booking to hold your reservation. A signed rental agreement and liability waiver must be provided prior to your reservation.
