2026 Summer Dance Intensive
July 13-17 and July 20-24
For Intermediate/Advanced Dancers ages 12+
Two Levels!
Improve your technique and advance your artistry in a positive and welcoming environment with one of the top dance companies in the Twin Cities! Classes in our Summer Dance Intensive include Musical Theatre Jazz, Classic Jazz Technique, Ballet, Leaps & Turns, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, and more. Students may register for one or both weeks.
The Intensive culminates with our Collide Showcase. Video will be taken so dancers have professional-grade copy to use for future auditions and submissions. Local students are also invited to perform excerpts from the Intensive at the MN State Fair in August!
Advanced placement requires a referral from a teacher or Collide company member. In lieu of referral, student may submit a 2-minute video. Please send video or referral name and contact information to education@collidetheatrical.org.

What you will need:

Leotards, tights, unitards, dance shorts, and leggings

Ballet shoes, jazz shoes, character shoes, and sneakers

All-black dancewear for Performance (I.e., black leo and black leggings or tights)

We are accepting rolling submissions.

Faculty includes Collide Company members, Collide Artistic Director Regina Peluso and Master Class instructors.

For Advanced level placement, please referral name and contact information to Education@collidetheatrical.org.

For Advanced level placement without a referral, please send video (Preferably -1 min Ballet Adagio with pirouettes and 1 min Jazz) and contact information to Education@collidetheatrical.org.

Dancers can sign up for anywhere from 1–2 weeks, but performance at the Showcase requires registration for all 2 weeks.
Tuition
Costs listed below include a $50 registration fee that is non-refundable. Discounts are available if paid by the early payment deadline listed.
Cost for One Week: $575

Refunds
Tuition is only fully refundable in the event that the Summer Intensive is canceled. Refund amounts do not include the $50 registration fee.
